I am committed to empowering people so they can improve their health and wellbeing, and strive to provide a safe space for people to explore their food beliefs, emotions and body image concerns.

I believe understanding each person’s unique experiences and history is integral to providing effective care, and work to help each individual become the expert in their own health and wellbeing.
